How to have a better conversation?

The human voice is a very powerful tool that can be used to start wars, create diplomacies, and lead nations. It can bring feelings and emotions to action. All the movements had one thing in common, the leaders spoke and the people followed, listened, and reciprocated.  Speaking in a more powerful manner is really important and to do this, we need to avoid seven bad habits. Gossiping Judging Negativity Complaining Making excuses Exaggerating and lying Dogmatism Incorporating some of the following or all of the following could help us reciprocate more people towards our conversation. Honesty, authenticity, integrity, and love or HAIL is a technique which can enable us to stand out. People also often listen to others who seem authentic and not faking his views and personality. Also, your actions need to show what we speak too. If the actions and belief don't match, we will be lying to ourself. So, we can't convince ourselves let alone convince other people. Agile Waterfalls

The waterfall is a software development methodology. It is a very structured and rigid methodology. Agile is a collection of many different projects. It is a flexible method and allows changes to be made in the project development requirements even after the initial planning phase. I will be discussing some of the most important differences between Agile and Waterfall Model. The agile method separates the project development phase and its life cycle into many stages, whereas Waterfall is a software development process that is divided into proper distinct phases. Agile is a flexible method, whereas Waterfall is structured and rigid most of the time. Agile can be measured as a group of different projects and the waterfall is completed as a single project. Promotional Strategies of Tesla

Tesla has emerged as a tech giant even though it is a car company because it has transformed the way vehicles have been thought of for centuries. On top of the great product, promotional strategies it uses as a company is extraordinary. It has picked up a huge market in the competitive automobile industry where established companies are billions of dollars ahead. Even though the competitors are trying to change their existing design to compete with Tesla, it is a completely new product. It's not a car, it's a gadget. So, competitors are having hard time catching up.  Tesla works with pull strategy, that is, once the new model is announced with a real-life prototype in the event, they start taking the orders. For creating awareness among its customers, CEO, Elon Musk uses twitter (to reach people who have money because Tesla is expensive) and other influencers like YouTubers to reach a mass audience. Normally, Tesla shows off the technical specifications, safety features, si

Supporting your staffs with disabilities

A disability is any continuing condition that restricts everyday activities. The Disability Services Act (1993) defines 'disability' as meaning a disability: which is attributable to an intellectual, psychiatric, cognitive, neurological, sensory, or physical impairment or a combination of those impairments. Many people with disabilities can find the workplace environment difficult and can face barriers. They might have difficulty in doing the things that people with no disability would find easy. In these normal processes, people with disabilities might feel compared and low. Often times, this can be mitigated by employers by implementing some changes to the workplace environment. These changes are referred to as “reasonable adjustment”. Employers have the responsibility to make these reasonable adjustments to facilitate the workplace environment for employees with disabilities. Making such changes could help the employee to do their work effectively. Failure to do so ma
